Review: Pure Beginnings Bamboo Baby Wipes

The Pure beginnings bamboo baby wipes are quite strong but also soft. The smell is quite strong and I thought it might irritate The Munchkin’s sensitive bottom but he had no adverse reaction to it. I liked that while they were wet they weren’t soaking like other wipes I have used before. So there was no need to dry his bum after wiping it down. Even though I was adverse to the smell at first I learned to love it when I changed a poo nappy. It really masked that awful smell!  ...

Just Keep Swimming

A few weeks ago we took The Munchkin to his first swimming lesson. It was just a once-off introductory lesson at Aquatots. They only start proper lessons with babies from 6 months old and at the time The Munchkin was only 4 months. So we had a lesson that consisted of a 25 minute video showing us what we could do with him in the bath at home and in a paddling pool (if we had one) to get him used to the water and movements that are used in the real lessons. Let’s read a story!

It’s been five months in to this Parenting gig and we’ve established a pretty good bedtime routine. The Munchkin has a feed, bath and then it’s time to go to sleep.
